On 9/16/23 I ordered Moe’s for my daughters and I and the food was not what I expected. We eat Moe’s a lot and has never experienced this before. We got our food via Door Dash and the food was a little cold. Which is understandable since I couldn’t pick it up myself. However, around 8pm (we received our food around 1pm) one daughter and experienced some stomach issues and the other daughter vomited several times in one hour. I called the nursing hotline and it determined food poisoning. Being in the medical field myself, I figured that is what it was since we really didn’t eat anything else because of the nauseous feeling. I called today to let the store know the issue. Every time I order from this location, I barely receive any food. Last night, I mistakenly ordered from here despite saying I would never return. The food was cold, the birria was tough and dry, and they gave me the wrong rice. I could only manage to eat a couple of bites, and my husband received only a half scoop of everything (rice, chicken, and cheese), leaving him with hardly anything in his bowl. I will not be going back and do not recommend this place.
I love Moe’s, however when I called to let the team know that my kids and I experienced food poisoning it was dismissed. I asked if anyone would follow up with me about the situation and was told no it will go ip the chain of command. Then I was told when food poisoning should start I’m in the medical field) and that was incorrect.
The male server who attended to me was quite unfriendly; I believe he was the manager. He was very stingy with the portions he served. I nearly left on the spot when I saw him give me just half a spoonful of ground beef. Next time, I will choose to dine at the North Decatur Road location instead.

TERRIBLE AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT EATING HERE! A child of one of the employees was dancing on top of the table without shoes, climbing over the table, and putting her hands in the salsa. Highly unprofessional and unsanitary!
All the tables were dirty but I was the only eat in guest. The servers were really nice. No one was in a rush to clean up at all. The food was really good though.
Best moes in the area. I drive past a moes just to go to this location. Food is always fresh. The staff is always friendly. Would recommend.
Consistently excellent, and orders placed online are always delivered on time. The service is impeccable.
