Had a pretty negative experience here. I had a deal on my Moe’s app for a free cup of queso that clearly said it expires 3/21. It was really the reason why I went there in the first place. I scanned the QR code at the register and the system apparently wasn’t working and it wouldn’t apply my reward. They were trying to tell me I can use it after a 7 day period, not that I have 7 days to use it? That doesn’t make any sense. I clearly showed them my phone scrolling through the app trying to apply the reward to scan. The owner just stood there shaking her head no and wanted to charge me instead of accommodating to the customer. At that point I just told them I didn’t want it. Poor customer serv...
