I've never heard the concept of soupless ramen until my vegetarian friend and I was looking for food we can both enjoy. That time it was late and we found the line intimidating, so we ordered to go. The noodles were very salty. The karaage chicken were the same taste as the frozen fried chicken from Costco, not worth trying. The Takoyaki is the same level as the karaage chicken, it came to table not even hot, I think it’s the premade frozen takoyaki too, probably from some Japanese market. Also it takes 40mins to get in the restaurant ಠ ಠ
Just wow! Incredible ramen, and I love the different ways to eat it. All three different ways has their own unique flavor profiles, and I simply loved all of them.Be aware the place is small, and you’ll need to go early unless you want a decent wait. Regardless, the food is well worth it.
The ambiance of the restaurant is charming, making it a nice spot for drinks or happy hour. The staff is always attentive whenever I visit. I usually find that the wait isn’t long; I get seated right away, especially during weekday lunch or dinner.
