Molino - Reservar una mesa

Place was full of groups and children. Given a couples table by the very busy toilets. Had the worst paella in many years, basically rice in a sauce, with very little fish or meat. A poor evening, despite being being booked by our hotel host. Perhaps it was chef’s night off?

Bread was stale and despite telling the waiter we were charged for it. Mixed croquettes all tasted fairly similar, soft and mushy in the middle (seemed like something you would buy and cook frozen). Mixed salad was nice, prawns were standard, not particularly large.

Lovely people, nice atmosphere but sadly a distinctly average paella. 1 prawn, 2 mussels and a few bones with little meat on, and lots of rice. Sadly worst paella we have ever had in Spain Other meals coming out did look better

Our first evening in Soller, after deliberating we chose to visit Bar Molino. The tapas we had was excellent, the rest of the menu looks good too. Friendly service ands pleasant tranquil atmosphere.

Outside seats. Great atmosphere. Great food. Paella a speciality, and well worth the price. Beer was great too!
