This place was real nice to eat several months ago I recently took my girlfriend to have lunch, The guy that was making our philly cheesesteak sandwiches was not too friendly he took 25 minutes to make our food and halfway through he stopped and started helping customers at the register he never washed his hands or changed his dirty gloves he just went back to making our sandwich’s. I told him that was not cool and good for no one’s health he needs to wash his hands and start fresh. when we finally got our sandwiches it tasted like a pile of greasy unseasoned meat with mayonnaise no vegetables or cheeses this is the last time we pay $25 bucks for a nasty meal.
It always feels like there's a long line, even when there are only a few customers present. And be cautious about purchasing items that aren't priced—confirming the price requires calling the owner at home and sending them pictures!
This is the best sandwich I've had in Contra Costa County. I'm from Modesto, so my experience with local sandwiches is limited, so keep that in mind. Nevertheless, it's an indulgent sandwich that you should definitely try!
Philly cheese extra spicy!!! Worth the wait ~15min) for this masterpiece. Always friendly staff. They literally have everything you could need at this convention store as well.
