Molon is a truly special place. We discovered it during a week in Fornalutx in July 2022, when we spent two happy evenings exploring the fabulous menu. It is no exaggeration to say that Molon was an important factor when we decided to return to Fornalutx in late July/early August 2023. Only this time we managed to get three Molon dinners into one week! The stunning food is best described as tapas, elevated. Chef Adam really knows his craft, and his food tastes like it's made by someone who loves to eat.
