It was our 4th wedding anniversary, and nobody at the restaurant acknowledged it. At Oceanos, they wished us a happy anniversary and even offered us a small dessert. I don't understand why we fill out the special occasion section of the reservation if it’s not recognized. Last year at Oceanaire, they did something special for us as well.
We were greeted with such an horrible lady with no hello, she didn't ask if we want to sit by the window even though that they are tables that are available. When we requested that if we could sit by the window, she gave us an unwelcoming attitude. The place has an amazing bill but the food and service are medicore.
Staff help service was excellent. Food was terrible. Worst crab cake I ever had in my life store. Bought one's a better. Lobster risotto very little seafood and very bland would give it a one star price. Way overpriced. Would never recommend to a friend. View of New York City, priceless.
The ambiance and views of the Hudson were amazing. Not a bad seat in the restaurant. The food tasted great but the restaurant is very expensive for the amount of food. A 2lb red snapper for $98 and no sides included is a bit much. The drinks were strong. Reserva una mesa ahora
Nice place to provide an awesome of NYC with good food beverages. It's pricey though...but service is excellent. I would recommend it for a special occasion.
They had a party of eighty in upstairs room and an hour and a half passed before we got our entree. The manager apologized and gave us dessert on the house.
The food and service were exceptional. I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday dinner there. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!
