Mom Pop's Diner - Reserva de mesa

My best friend went there for breakfast this morning. My friend has a service dog. Not a comfort animal, a service dog. Was denied entrance because “the owner doesn’t like dogs.” According to Nevada law, “You cannot be isolated from other customers/patrons because of your service animal. Service animals must be allowed in all areas where members of the public are allowed to go; such as restaurants.” She was told she could sit outside or leave, in violation of the law. Will not be back. Nor will my family or friends. Edit: should have added my friend has a service dog because she’s a disabled USMC veteran.

THE WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I couldn't believe how they can treat customer with no care and no respect.Because of the way they treated us in a very rude way and hopefully not RACIST (of course) we had to leave restaurant after 20 minutes waiting for our requested table that they gave it to other customers and nobody bothered to even explain what is going on.I'm so sorry for how they treat customers.

I recently dined at this restaurant for breakfast and I had a great meal! I can't remember what I had before, but it was a decent meal. This time, I ordered some eggs and cookies and they were cooked perfectly. The only issue was that the cookies seemed to be overcooked, so I probably won't order them again next time. However, I will definitely come back because the food is delicious and the service is excellent.

I Will never return to this business and honestly If I could leave less than one star I would.Clearly Discriminatory behavior takes place here.I took my mother here for breakfast and was told I could only eat outside because I had a Service dog and the Owner and I quote Doesn't Like Dogs"I Recommend avoiding the drama and finding someplace else to eat. Great service, large gut popping portions.4 egg omelette was way over cooked with egg hard as a softball. Didn't have spinach or pepper, and the sausage was cooked in round circles instead of broken up so every bite get a sausage.Hash browns wasn’t crispy as I asked.Could do better

My husband and I ate at Mom Pop’s Diner for the 1st time. We were impressed with the quick service, the excellent food and the Polynesian decor. We visit Carson City once a year from Oregon and we will definitely return here next time for a delicious meal! Kathleen and Kevin

I will not be returning to this restaurant. The food was not enjoyable. The pancakes were similar to cheap crepes, lacking flavor and too thin. The speck and tomato dish had too much salad. Overall, it was a huge disappointment. I will not be coming back.

I visited Carson City for the Great Western Steam Up at the Nevada Railroad Museum. I enjoyed the Hungry Man breakfast and received good service from a friendly waitress. Definitely worth a visit. Reserva una mesa ahora

Overall pretty good. Burger was pretty raw but the chicken fried steak was good. Good service and generous portions as well.
