Momento Club Marbella

First of all, we’ve been told that is a minimum consumation of 100 euro/person and we agreed. Because we weren’t hungry, we decided to have a bottle of wine and a shisha (the price per shisha was 100 euros, therefore we thought that we would cover the minimum fee). We also ordered water and some desserts and when we requested the check, the waiter told us that we did not spend the 200 euros because the shisha cannot be included in the equation, even if we weren’t informed about this. The manager came in and I explained to him that theoretically we have spent the requested amount of money (220 euro the bill with the shisha) and he understood the situation, but afterwards, when we verified the check we saw that there was another bottle of wine than the one we ordered (an expensive one). Because we were already sick of their treatment, we just requested a taxi and left. Total disgrace, all the bad reviews that I saw on tripadvisor are true, this is not a restaurant to go to.

it is really a shame because the food was amazing but the service was terrible. the restaurant has a policy that only allows you to be at the table for 2 hours, which we were told only at arrival… they also took 30 mins to take our order. our table was at 10 and at 12 we were not allowed to order anything else, not even another bottle of alcohol. at 12 we were also told to order the bill, so we did, and they took 1.5 hours to bring the bill to the table, without anything to drink — not even water. the servers are rude and the hospitality is absolutely inexistent, which is a shame due to the high quality of the food and the general atmosphere there.

Unpleasant staff from the beginning. We were treated with such disrespect from the moment we entered the restaurant. The drinks are overpriced and there is no logic in how the bar setting is set. Also they refuse people form entering without any reason, and when asked they just make up something that is wrong with someones outfit. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a booking for 12 people the girl in the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and when I asked after 3 tries if she please could try a bit maybe speak to the manager as we have made the booking she says yea f you don’t like the way we work you can turn around and go where you came from. Never going there again that’s for sure

Momento is one of the best night clubs in Marbella. The vibe, the music, the outdoor dining and bar area, and the design too are absolutely amazing! The best night on the costa del sol!
