When the restaurant my friend chose turned out to have a 45-minute wait despite several open tables, we received a recommendation from a well-fed man on the street. He was holding a cake and unsolicitedly told us that we had to try this place. I had dined there once before and really enjoyed it, so I was glad to have my experience validated. A huge thank you to the foodie who pointed us in the right direction. He could have easily directed us to some overpriced Hudson Valley farm-to-table spot with a basic burger or something. Instead, we enjoyed momos, pickles, dal, noodles, soup, fresh vegetables, and an abundance of flavor.

I was kind of nervous at first because I thought that the Nepalese food here wasn’t going to be unauthentic or something. While the prices here could definitely be better, the food is truly incredible. The chicken momos had a nice thick wrapper, and the inside was perfectly seasoned and juicy. The Himalayan chicken bowl had a great flavor to it as well. The taste of everything was just so amazing, worth the price. The staff was nice, but it can get pretty packed and they’re busy sometimes. Definitely a good Nepalese place and worth a try if you’re in the neighborhood!

Wow. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. I had the vegan platter and momos and all were amazing. So flavorful, especially the okra. Also walk over to the bathroom because on your way there’s a huge window that overlooks the kitchen, everything in this restaurant smelled amazing. I went on a Saturday at 5 and the tables were full of people.Lovely place with lovely owners. I’ll definitely be back when in Beacon. A lot of people were also taking out. Reserva una mesa ahora

Momo Valley is a wonderful spot! We were celebrating a bachelor party and had a slightly larger group of six. They graciously held our reservation for the 10 minutes we were late! The food was delightful, with reasonable portion sizes, and some of us were able to take our leftovers home. Everyone enjoyed their meals, especially the MoMos, and we all tried different dishes. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful as we packed up our takeout boxes.

What a great find! After a morning of hiking at Breakneck Ridge nearby, eating lunch at Momo Valley was the perfect ending to a great day. If you're looking for something different than try Nepalese cuisine!

I never write reviews, but this food was so incredible I had to. It tasted so fresh and honestly, nourishing. The flavors were new, as well. Many vegetarian and vegan options, too.
