"Unfortunately, the food at Momosan Santana Row was very disappointing. I ordered the gyukotsu (beef rib) ramen, but the meat was tough and stringy, lacking any braised flavor. There were also numerous small bone fragments in the bowl, which made eating painful. The soup and noodles were average at best, with the kale being the only standout element of the dish. For a ramen bowl priced over $30, this was unacceptable. While the service and atmosphere were good, the food fell far short."

I tried many dishes from the menu at Momosan Santana Row, and everything was either good or excellent. The ribs are definitely the standout. This is one of the few places in California offering a unique fusion that blends Pan-Asian and South American flavors. The only downside was the uncomfortable chairs and tables. Also, if you have a big appetite for lunch, be prepared to spend over $80 per person, excluding drinks. Overall, the food and service were top-notch, though the atmosphere could be better. Highly recommended dishes include the Sticky Ribs and Tuna Pizza.

I had heard a lot about Momosan Santana Row but only recently got the chance to visit. The ramen is good on its own, though it leans a bit pricey. Given its location, the prices are higher compared to many local ramen spots, but in terms of flavor, it ranks among the top three ramen places I've tried in the area. The menu offers a wide variety of appetizers and drinks, and they have much more than just ramen, which is a nice touch. Be sure to stop by for lunch, as they currently offer a lunch special. Service, food, and atmosphere all deserve a solid 5 out of 5.
