Mom's is highly rated on TripAdvisor and we were expecting a reasonable good burger experience. The salads with feta we ordered as well as the chicken and tomato soups were very tasty and reasonably well done, served with very good tasting ciabatta. The problem was with the burgers. We ordered the XL cheeseburgers whose size certainly lives up to the name. However, on the taste side they were a complete disappointment. The meat was overlooked, with the edges burned to a crisp. As an American in Germany I'm always a little suspicious of burger places in Germany. however this one is OK we were we are both vegetarians and the hemp burger was interesting it wasn't my favorite but it definitely had much more flavor than the other one. there are no french fries at this place but they do have unusual grilled potatoes with a kind of dip. the milkshakes or not the American milkshakes they're German. You'll need a fork and knife, the burgers are big and fall apart. Friendly staff.
My sister, her boyfriend and I ate there during the Rockharz Festival. The restaurant is situated in the old beautiful town of Quedlinburg, right behind town hall.The burgers we had were absolutely delicious. Best of all, the patties are easily the best I've had outside the United States! Portions were big, if not too big. Prices are totally reasonable. Personell was gracious and forthcoming. For someone who loves a good burger, this place is definitely one more reason to visit Quedlinburg!
In a place like Quedlinburg where vegetarian food is hard to come by (unless you want to eat spaghetti with tomato sauce every day) Mom's Burger proved a refreshing and unexpected lunch / early dinner option. We had lentil soup and veggie burgers (all very tasty) and some quirky lemonade - brilliant! Toilets are a bit of an adventure in a nearby building.

We were lucky to get one of the five tables with our two kids and our dog. Good and fast service. Not too expensive. The also do take aways and you can order in advance. Be there when they open at 12am

If you need a quick burger, this is a good spot. Great food, inexpensive and if you sit in the corner table, you have a spot-on view of the market square.

The food is good, the location next to the square is great and the service awesome -- even with our limited German language skills! Recommended!
