Mom's Organic Market

I shop weekly at MOMs in Merrifield. I can get everything I need without walking through a typical massive grocery store filled with items that aren't very healthy. I like browsing the shelves and discovering new products. The produce is organic, so i dont have to search for the organic items. They offer some locally grown produce too. I'm trying to reduce my use of plastic, and have bought laundry detergent in sheets, dish soap in solid form, shampoo in a solid bar, and reusable sandwich bags there. The vitamin section offers a variety of well made products and the employees working that section are very knowledgeable.

It is nice to have a local natural foods store that sells other items and is seems like it will stay in business for at least a decade. A number of natural foods stores go out of business. I feel better as a shopper that the company pays higher than average wages in the industry. Though it does sell animal products which is a leading contributor of environmental degradation, the brand is environmentally conscious and hospitable by giving people the opportunity to learn how to compost by offering a recycling sorting center.

One of my new favorite pedagogues has just come here and explores all the Veg goods! The store itself is something on the smaller side, but it has a wide range of bulk goods (including spices! and specialties vegan products. We also love to eat food at Naked Lunch when we are too lazy to cook. All in all a great hold for food and goodies!

Love Love Love Mom’s Organic! It’s the only place I truly trust for organic food, veggies, products. If you have not tried naked lunch-Just Do it! The best Juice Bar and the best organic soups and fresh bowls. Absolutely love it!

Their product bags for produce are eco friendly. Spacious isles and nice product selection. Nice beer and wine selections. Free cup of room temperature water. In the drink showcase near checkout.
