I've only been to this restaurant a few times, and each experience has been pretty much the same. The wait for my order takes far too long, and they often forget items or add things I didn't order. To make matters worse, the staff seems more focused on their AirPods or other distractions than on preparing food. There's also a lack of clear instructions for where to find dressings and other condiments that are often missing from my order, even when I checked them off on the sheet. Overall, the service has been inconsiderate, and it shouldn’t take 30 minutes to prepare a salad with five people working in the deli.
They tried to make a new sandwich after I pointed out the mistakes, writing down everything I asked for, but still got it wrong—no cheese, no condiments, no pickles. I asked for a side and received the wrong one. I understand that young workers might be distracted in a deli, but this is beyond unacceptable. If the front of house staff is this disorganized, I can't imagine how the kitchen operates in terms of cleanliness and cross-contamination. This was my fourth attempt to dine here, and each time it was a disaster. I will definitely not be returning or recommending this place to anyone.
Monarch Beach Market used to be our go-to spot for sandwiches, but I've noticed a significant decline in quality. The bread is now dry, the toppings lack freshness, and they are stingy with the meat. To make matters worse, the service is quite unpleasant. The staff is rude and seems to blame you when they get your order wrong. I won't be returning to this place again.
Monarch Beach Deli offers the best sandwiches around, with an impressive variety of options and sides. They also have great drink selections and even keto-friendly meals. It's truly a fantastic place to visit!

I absolutely love this place! I've been visiting it since my high school days. They serve amazing sandwiches, and now they’ve added a juice bar, breakfast options, and a coffee bar as well.
Great place, Deli, fresh Juice, liqueur store and boutique all rolled into one. Loved the friendly service.
Very convenient and clean, you can also eat, drink alcohol and play lottery there. What else do you need.
The sandwiches here are fantastic! I've been coming to this place since it opened about 30 years ago.
