Mona's Of Muckheart

Our small family group visited here for lunch as our usual place was closed... but what a find! We were welcomed to a fairly full room about 1pm by a cheery girl and seated with menus provided. The girl taking the order and serving us was also cheery and attentive. The food (sandwiches or soup n sandwich) were served within a very few minutes. They were freshly made,, tasty and filling. No space left for the intended cake afterwards. The tea was provided in pots giving two cups each. The prices were reasonable. Any downsides? ... that would be nit picky but the tables were a bit small. Best estimate of how we rated it? ... We 'll be back instead of going to our previous haunt.

We had breakfast at Monas. Ordered the Mighty Mona which consisted of bacon, black pudding, fried egg and Scottish slice. All stacked up inside a soft white batch. Very tasty and hot. We also had teas and coffees which were again, excellent. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely recommend !

Very friendly service. The coffee was very nice. The cheese and pineapple toasties was amazing! Take care on the ramp into the carpark as the slope is quite steep meaning if you go too fast you'll scratch the front of your car, not an issue if you take it easy though.

Lovely little cafe and shop. The service throughout was friendly and the food was delicious! We are visiting Muckhart on holiday for a week but would recommend to others and would definitely revisit if in the area again.

Saw it in passing and called in for tea, coffee, a scone and a traybake. Good drinks and home bakes all very nicely presented and tasty. Good service, pleasant surroundings and good value. Would recommend.

This is a place I go to regularly. The food is always fresh and delicious and served by friendly and efficient staff. There is also a small gift shop attached with tasteful, quality items.

Lovely little country coffee house. Food awesome genuinely great products. If your in the area you must pop in.

Nice little tea room. Friendly staff, well worth a visit when passing through.
