Mondays Plant Café

We dined at this restaurant a few months ago and had an excellent meal. The staff was very friendly and the food was carefully prepared and delicious. We particularly enjoyed the rainbow Pad Thai and the Poke Bowl, both of which were very tasty. The peanut sauce had vibrant flavors and we appreciated the generous amount of veggies in both dishes. For dessert, we had a raspberry cheesecake and a peanut butter brownie, both of which were incredibly delicious. The staff was friendly, kind, and attentive. The cafe had a charming atmosphere and we definitely recommend a visit. We look forward to returning in the future. Vegetarian options include plant-based and raw foods.

I picked the broken burrito and my partner grabbed the pizza pop panini. We also got a peanut butter smoothie kale smoothie My bodies had a rough week so I was super keen to eat something good! My white ass found the broken burrito ‘mince’ a bit too spicy lmao but I still really enjoyed it! Looking forward to giving this place another go and trying something else on the menu, maybe with a bit less spice

I recently hosted my sister's Bridal Shower at this restaurant and it exceeded all of my expectations! The owners and staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was amazing – delicious, healthy, and full of flavor. They went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. I feel fortunate to have discovered this gem and it will be my top choice for any future small events.

Real food, real tasty. Love Mondays. We are lucky to have them. I always get the Kale Salad as it’s too darn good! Today I also got the Pizza Pesto Panini (so good) and tried the Pad Thai Salad with zucchini noodles also delish. Zucchini noodles are underrated. Reserva una mesa ahora

I absolutely loved the food at this restaurant! The raw lasagna was unbelievable - I had never tried anything like it before. The ricotta toast was also delicious. I highly recommend this place, as it has a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff.

The food is good. It’s all vegan and tasty. Seating is pretty limited and so is parking. Poke bowl is ok but could be improved with vegan fish substitutes (like sous vide tomatoes). The poke bowl seemed a bit incomplete.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, with both cooked and raw options available. The owner is extremely friendly. We will definitely be back if we ever visit Calgary again!
