I’m sorry to hear that some people have had negative experiences, especially regarding delays in delivery. However, our family has been loyal customers of Monical's for many years. Our kids, who are now between 36 and 50, used to go there after high school football and basketball games. We've NEVER had a single bad experience with takeout or pickup from Monical's. Admittedly, we always pick up our own pizza, but it's simply the best out there. Whenever our kids visit from out of town, Monical's is a must-have. I give it 10 stars!
Aside from an obnoxious wait time because they were busy I had a pizza that had seemed like broken down stone or sand on it. The full pizza wasn't contaminated. (I know they add cornmeal but this was beyond that) wasn't edible and they refused to do anything about it. Not supporting a place that isn't willing to work with customers to make everyone happy.
