Throw into the incredibly knowledgeable server with a wonderful personality and you have me at Hello. Monkitail was everything and more. It started with Carlos. Let me just say he gets 10/10. We were kindly greeted with the host of the manager Serena and her staff. We enjoyed an appetizer and drinks in the back lounge before our table is available. You have a beautiful special cocktail list and the bartender, Joel, was well versed in the menu. The service was great and continued when we sat on our table. We decided to make the menu of the cooking sample and asked our server Carlos to choose for us. Everything was astonishing in your mouth. The restaurant and lounge are like something you see in Miami Beach, so a great addition to the Hollywood area.

Our server, Alesha, and the restaurant manager, Jameson, were both excellent and added to the overall great experience. The atmosphere was elegant and romantic, and I wish we had the chance to visit the connected bar/lounge, but we were too full from our meal. Overall, it was a fantastic culinary experience. My husband even said it was the best food he's ever had. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience.

I had an incredible time at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. The highlight was the secret bar in the back with a lounge area. This type of establishment is exactly what our community needs - a place where people can unwind with a drink without the loud atmosphere of a club. I absolutely adore lounges and will definitely be returning for the food!

Excellent place to celebrate any occasion or just hang out and eat! The cooking menu is the way to go! 10 items from the menu choose them either yourself, have you choose server or cook yourself! Great taste in all products chosen for us by our server! Great ambience and our Carlos server was excellent! Definitely a great place to dive! Can't wait to come back!
