Hi I was a first time guest on April 2, 2023 at Monna Restaurant in Cucuta Colombia from the United States. First of all the food was great. My lobster tail meal was beautifully displayed in a bed of seasoned pasta along with my seafood soup on the side. The chefs did an amazingly beautiful job in placing art on a dish. Thanks to the chefs. In all of my worldwide travels I don’t recall ever having an experience such as the one that I received from the waiter there and In like of pandemic virus and germs, I have never seen a waiter (pick up a Folk From the FlOOR and Placed it Back on my table, that it had fallen) and leave after taking our order. Upon his return he was asked to replace the silverware, and he did but he did not bring a spoon for my soup. So he was asked to please bring a spoon for the soup and he replied that he had forgotten to bring a spoon. So he left and returned with a spoon. I tasted the soup, but since it was getting late I decided to take the soup home for a breakfast meal instead. The waiter was informed that I wanted to take my soup and the remaining dinner to go. So he took it to kitchen area to place it in carry out container and brought it back to me in a bag and I opened the bag and viewed the soup in the very small container. I noticed over half the soup was missing. I showed it to him however I did not feel like dealing with him any longer. Thereafter I took it home to further inspect the contain and found that many of the seafood items that I had planned to have for breakfast were missing. It is for all of these reasons that I am informing about this waiter. I know that this was not just a terrible experience for me, but also a very bad image for you, the other worker and your establishment. Lastly I did not receive a copy of my receipt (to identify this waiter by name). However he certainly doesn’t deserve gratuity of any amount for the mindless service that he displayed to me as a 1st time guest and as a consumer at Mono place of business in Cucuta.
