On the downside, the customer service could use some improvement. The woman serving us had a very typical Italian demeanor—not too keen on answering many questions; it was more of a "just tell me what you want and move on" attitude. This doesn't bother me, but it's something to keep in mind for those who might be less patient or sensitive to that kind of energy. As far as I know, she wasn't the owner, as she mentioned being unsure about some of the ingredients in the gelato recipes, so I wouldn’t hold that against the place.
She did let me sample the gelato, which I found to be rich, but nothing too extraordinary. Just keep in mind that it’s primarily a bakery, so manage your expectations....
A Great Bakery Clean Follow Covid19 regulations there are plenty of street parking for what I saw they make all their Bakery themselves I try this time bread and coffee it was good next time will see if I can take some pastries and even a ? they look great but so far so good the service was good a pleasant start of a day.
So rude and abrasive and they will throw 20 dollars worth of cookies into a bag instead of boxing it up. I have given them a chance several times but their service is just so bad, I would be willing to pay their ridiculous prices if their service was better, but it's just not.
The best bread and bakery in Brooklyn! The staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, and there's a fantastic variety of selections. Since moving to the island, I've always looked forward to visiting this Italian bakery. Highly recommend it! – Mike D

Best Cannoli and best Cartocci (cylindrical Sicilian donut filled with cannoli cream for anyone not familiar) I ever had. Great cookies and also the Best semolina bread. try the semolina twist you won't eat any other bread again.
Extremely dry rainbow cookies. Not sure if it was cause it was the end of the day, but $21/lb for the quality of the cookies i received was extremely dissapointing. The other stuff i bought was ok. Most likely wont go back here.
Day before Thanksgiving to buy a cake. Settled on the tiramisu cake. Grabbed an eclair, a Creme puff and a fruit tart too. Seminole bread prosciutto bread also.
Real good Cannoli, rainbow cookies tasted good and few other cookies that I can’t name were fresh and tasty

If you want the best bread, delicious prosciutto bread or a selection of yummy deserts, this is the place!
The pastries and cakes here are amazing and truly one-of-a-kind. I highly recommend trying them!
