Reserved a table July 1st, 3 were seated at a table for 8. Multiple Safety Hazards Water on the floor above the water were daisy chained extension cords (15 to 20 feet worth) powering multiple freezers behind beside me. Buffet was very lackluster, butter chicken gravy was watered down pasta dishes? I would prefer fewer dishes of higher quality. Kept offering Naan which was good but felt they wanted us to eat more bread. One dish wasn't even luke warm because the can burner beneath was out, I told wait staff. Not keeping food hot is an infraction of food safety. Upon leaving, I got up the seat fell off my chair. Brought it to the attention to wait staff who apologized while the owner manager...
I recently dined at a restaurant where I had an exceptional culinary experience and received excellent service from the staff. The food was absolutely delicious, and the server was attentive and knowledgeable.However, I couldn't help but notice that the owner’s behavior towards the employee was quite disappointing. Their interactions with the staff appeared to be rude and unprofessional, which created a somewhat uncomfortable atmosphere in the restaurant.While the food and service were top-notch, witnessing such behavior from the owner was disheartening and somewhat tarnished the overall dining experience. It's essential for a restaurant to maintain a respectful and positive work environment...
I encountered a dated ambiance and slow service. Most dishes lacked freshness, and the Butter Chicken had a raw onion taste. Surprisingly, there were no tomatoes flavour in the dish. The Tandoori Chicken was marred by an unpleasant onion-flavored gravy. I also experienced heartburn after the meal, possibly due to heavy spices. They needs to improve its cooking techniques, ingredient quality, and spice levels for a better dining experience. Overall, it fell short of expectations in terms of food quality, flavor, and comfort.

Went there around 10 pm yesterday and the vibe of the restaurant was really good. Placed an order for indian style spice level for the sabzi and they didn't disappoint. The portion sizes were also really nice and made me feel worth for the amount spent. The food was delicious and the customer service skills of the staff was also immaculate. Should definitely give this a try if you are in the area.
If you love Indian food, you must try this place When in Thunder Bay! The flavours are amazing! The food of course is awesome either The lunch special or the dinner Buffet. The servers are very kind and the place is clean, including the bathroom. Please do check out this place! You will not regret that you did!
