Monsoon Vietnamese Bistro

I would not recommend Monsoon Bistro for Pho. I am a huge fan of Vietnamese cuisine, especially Pho, and I wish I could eat it every day. Since moving from Houston, where there are authentic Vietnamese restaurants on every corner, to Fenton, which is unfortunately 25 minutes away from South Grand, I have been searching for a great Pho restaurant nearby. Unfortunately, Monsoon Bistro did not live up to my expectations. The Pho was not very large, too salty, and lacking in aroma. The rice noodles always seemed overcooked. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing food at this restaurant. I usually have low expectations for strip center eateries, but this place exceeded them all. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. The portions were generous, especially the sushi rolls which were topped with fresh fish. The restaurant was also very clean. Overall, I give this place high marks.

The Vietnamese cuisine at this restaurant is excellent. The service is top-notch and the atmosphere is family-friendly. Be sure to start with the spring rolls, as they are not to be missed. Also, don't leave without trying the crepes or the pan roasted rice noodles.

the first time I try to eat here and soouu happy! the pho is one of the best pho in St.Louis everything is so delicious! I love this place so much. highly recommended!
