I stumbled over this place after I had walked a few blocks from the train station in the direction of divine city center. I went in and was greeted by very friendly English-speaking staff. I ordered a tomato cheese-seed crêpe with and a chai tea with foamed milk. the crêpe was well prepared, thin and light, as crêpes should be, and the chai tea was of good quality and was beautifully presented with a small container with foamed milk on the side. they have free wlan and play great music. I will look back at my next visit in any case.
A fairly normal café by day and a heavy metal bar by night. Situated close to the train station and most of the bigger hotels. They have a rotating art collection on the walls, every other month something new is put up making the atmosphere and interior a bit more interesting for regulars. For me personally the best thing to come for is the beer though. Currently Monster Cafe is one of the few bars in Göttingen that sell craft beer, so it's definitely worth going just for that.
Beste Cocktailbar in Göttingen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind super aufmerksam, freundlich und humorvoll. Die harte Rockmusik ist voll mein Geschmack. Und der Chef hat richtig Ahnung von seinem Handwerk. Sei es Gin Tonic oder die verrücktesten Cocktails, hier weiß man was man tut. Preise sind für die Leistung völlig fein. Große Empfehlung! Komme hier immer gerne her
