Monte Cristo Mexican Grill

I ordered via Grubhub and they ended up calling me to let me know that they didn’t have a certain item so I asked for them to pay me back the difference in price since I changed my order. Instead, I could clearly hear them insulting me in Spanish. It’s my second language so I understood what they were saying. I used to work in a restaurant and I understand the frustration, but no way would I treat a customer like that. If I could I would leave 0 stars. Don’t treat your customers like that.

The food was good overall, but the shrimp was overcooked, tough, and lacked freshness. However, everything else on the menu was delicious and tasted fresh. I enjoyed the shrimp with sweet and sour sauce, which was a generous portion. The waitress was friendly and pleasant. I would definitely return, but I hope the shrimp is not overcooked next time.

Food was good only edition I had cooked the shrimps over, gumy, not fresh tasting, but everything else was good and tasted fresh. I had the shrimps with the vegetables with rice and beans. It was a good amount of food. The waitress was nice and friendly, I will return, but the shrimp is boiled again.

Order a chicken soup. It was horrible. Huge pieces of vegetables and no flavor of chicken at all. Payed a lot of money for that shity soup and I throw everything away. Never buy the chicken soup there. Reserva una mesa ahora

This restaurant is ridiculously expensive and the food is just mediocre. I have had better meals elsewhere, and the prices here are way too high.

The dining experience was average, not particularly great, but it was pricey and they automatically added a tip when I don't usually leave tips.

Food not good, I ask for tacos de lengua but, looks reheat, everything was awful, this was my first time to eat in this restaurant and the last.
