The food has a homemade flavor and is very authentic. Serving sizes are pretty good and the tortillas are delicious. Waitstaff are really nice and accommodating. They are attentive and make sure you are taken care of. You can sit wherever you want in the restaurant, but it is small. There was no wait when we came and we were eating our breakfast in no time. Most tables were full when we arrived and when we left. It is definitely a popular place for locals. Highly recommend.

During my 3-month stay in New Braunfels, I found this hidden gem of a restaurant in the first week. They serve delicious breakfast and tortillas, but I mostly go for their lunch specials. Compared to Colorado, the prices are reasonable and the food quality is excellent. The service is top-notch, especially in today's world.

Homemade tortillas. All homemade very authentic. Service good. Reasonably priced!! My caldo was good, but too many potatoes.
