Monterrey House - Reserva de mesa

If you only knew the whole history of this place. My wife's Great Grandparents have been going here since the early 60s. The original owners came from Mexico and brought her mother's recipes with her. Best thing is that even though the restaurant has moved locations several times they still use those same recipes.Food is amazing and truly authentic Mexican food. If you want the best food around you need to try this place. Make sure to try their queso and a small combination plate. You won't leave hungry......

Worst chilli cheese fries I’ve ever had. Ordered them crisp, they must’ve laughed at me. Fries were floating in a mixture of grease, water and chilli. Place was unfriendly, unwelcoming and I believe I was overcharged. Website said $10 for the fries and I was charged $12.86. 1st and last time here. Never again.

Great food, very friendly and helpful staff. Love their salsa. Everything seems to be cooked fresh to order. We were about a half hour late for the breakfast menu, but they made us huevos rancheros anyway. Love this place!

The food at this restaurant is incredible and the staff are fantastic. The smothered beef and beans dish is definitely a standout.
