We hadn't had fish and chips for a while so thought we'd treat the family for dinner tonight. Our usual fish and chips store had disappointed us in the past so we decided to try another local which is Moolanda Fish and Chips in Kingsley.We placed the order over the phone and told it would be ready in 20 minutes. True to their word it was right on time. We were so pleased with what we saw when we unwapped our parcel. It was all piping hot and not oily as we had experienced from so many other stores in the past. The batter was a thin layer of light crunchy yummyness. The chips were cooked to perfection. I recently had the best fish and chips I've had in years at this restaurant. The service was fast and friendly, and the portions were more than enough (I might even opt for a child's portion next time, haha). The fish was fresh and the chips were crispy, almost like they were cooked in an air-fryer because there was not enough fat to soak through the paper wrapping. These fish and chips would be perfect for anyone on a diet or who can't tolerate greasy or fatty foods. I highly recommend them - 5 out of 5 stars!

Already reviewed this chip shop went last week and going again tonight on way to drive inn round the corner , had one fish with chips between me n Mrs and I had a battered sausage and Mrs a battered saveloy with a portion of curry sauce loved it , going to the drive inn again tonight to see abfab ?
