Ordered a starter and main meal just as a bus load of guests arrived!!!! We waited 30 minutes for our starter while the bus load were already on their second course!!! We complained at this time!!! Within 1 minute our starter and then 30 seconds later our main course arrived! Really!!!! Anyway I started to eat my chicken curry which was supposed to be spicy(not) but that was the least of my worries!! Two larger pieces of chicken that I had to cut to eat were uncooked! Pink!!! I should have complained then but decided to eat on! Investigating every piece of chicken as I went! Really happy meal!!!!?? As we were eating a waitress came to ask how we were getting on and I showed her the uncooked...
We live in Merritt and I had to run quickly to Kamloops, my daughter made a to-go order.. turns out she sent it to the wrong location across town, this young man, Cam, promptly got on the phone and made arrangements to have our order transferred to this location. He handled the payment transfer, and our food was ready before I finished writing this review. This has always been our favourite place to eat in Kamloops, love the staff, and tonight, young Cam saved the day and fixed our mistake. Wish I could leave 10 stars!!!
Moon Wok was a short walk from our hotel during our stopover in Kamloops so we went there for a late lunch/early dinner. The restaurant has good atmosphere and the staff very friendly and helpful. We ordered quite a few dishes and every one was well cooked, with fresh ingredients and delicious. The portions were also huge and of good value.
Very good, not great but very good.Food came quickly and was crispy and hot.The ambience is just mediocre. Price is fair.Service is friendly but seemed a little understaffed. I could have used a table touch a few minutes into my meal. Chuck came quickly and the food had decent flavors.Over all it was good!

Yak..Wait was way too long..Shanghai fried thick noodles smelt so bad I couldn't eat them even though they tasted all right.The noodles in the won ton noodle soup needed a good chew..Was my first time here and my last.
Terrific tasty food and thankfully many gluten-free options! Amazing Cantonese style food that all four of us enjoyed. Karen gave us some great suggestions. It will be our go to the next time we visit Kamloops.
Great find after a day on the Rocky Mountaineer! Just needed comfort food, and found this really legit Cantonese restaurant. Seriously good, and I’m ethnically Chinese. Did not expect this quality in Kamloops!
Always amazing meals and friendly service. The combo for one usually is enough to keep me fed and have leftovers for later.
