3.5 Stars I was pleasantly surprised by breakfast at Moose Cafe located at the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market. Seated quickly on a rainy morning before shopping from local nurseries, we ordered and had our food pretty fast. Large fluffy biscuits served with what I'm pretty sure is homemade apple butter are brought out as appetizers while waiting for your food. A generous piece of house prepared Country Fried Chicken, 2 over easy eggs(ordered over medium), and home fries covered my plate. My only real issue was that the home fries were a little over salted.
