Mooyah Burgers, Fries Shakes

Had to throw out a large order from this place because the meat was old/ undercooked and the bread/fries were stale. When I called about the issue Mark (who is apparently is the manager) was handing the situation in a very rude manner, saying he wasn’t going to refund my order because he was the one who made the food and hung up on me. Steer clear of this place if you want your food fresh and don’t feel like dealing with unprofessional managers. If I can give them 0 stars I would. The customer service in this restaurant is ridiculous. I walked in and before even getting passed the front Door one of the employees greeted me with I cannot take your order now and I don’t know when I could. There were only 3 customers in the entire restaurant waiting. I will never return. They are super rude and their employees need to be trained in customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gabriel is fantastic! His customer service is top-notch. He deserves recognition for his prompt phone answering, order taking, and for cooking up some delicious bites. The burgers he makes are excellent and juicy with fresh vegetables and delicious fries. My husband and I have become regulars here, and we recently learned that the burgers at this historic Clark restaurant have become a local favorite. Keep up the great work!

Awful customer service as usual. Showed up at 8:30, multiple people sitting waiting for food but they wouldn’t cook me several items I asked for because they close at 9. I’ve worked in restaurants for the majority of my life. That is outrageously unacceptable. Service: 1
