I made a last-minute reservation for a table this evening and was told they could seat us in about half an hour. When we arrived, we were delighted to find they had prepared a larger table for us, giving us plenty of space to enjoy our meal. My partner wanted to order his favorite bitter, but unfortunately, it was sold out. The staff quickly suggested an alternative that he ended up liking. I opted for the Sunday roast chicken, which was reasonably priced and arrived promptly, especially considering how busy the pub was. Sophie, Gemma, and the whole team were exceptionally attentive and accommodating. Our table was reserved just as we requested, and the food was served hot and exactly to our specifications—plus, it arrived super quickly. Our drinks also came to the table promptly. Overall, the service was outstanding!
