Absolutely shocking from the outset. Coffee cup stains, food debris over the...table. Had orderd a simple breakfast of poached eggs on toast. Except it wasn’t toast it was bread. It don’t think it had seen a toaster in fact a stale bit of bread may have resembled toast better. No black pudding, hang on you are a supermarket..surely you have stock in store. It was obviously beyond someone’s comprehension to go and acquire from stock. So I was charged 75p for a single sausage the resembled some thing dragged...

We have been going into Morrison’s at Wellington for 30 years, in fact since it opened. Although the shop has improved since the revamp the restaurant still leaves a lot to be desired. The introduction of unlimited tea (and coffee I think) is a mystery....I can’t find out how it works. I asked other customers who couldn’t help, so I asked the waitress. She didn’t know either, but said she thinks you refill the same teapot and reuse the same teabag. !!! Amazing, is it unlimited tea or unlimited hot water and second hand teabags. The food is usually very good, providing it’s available, which very often it isn’t, and the prices are very reasonable, the tables need cleaning more often and the cu...

Quick electronic screen for ordering broken, no problem order as normal at till,most food items on menu not available out of stock!!, staff had to keep stopping to go to kitchen to check if available! which held everybody up. On fourth attempt I was able to order...something I fancied on menu, it took 50 minutes before we saw our order delivered to our table(everybody there were complaining about the wait), there should have been naam bread with my meal so I had to wait again for that. Food was not bad but we wasted well over an hour for a quick sunday lunch overall bad service,badly managed will avoid in future!.
in all honesty this supplement is to show a condition to the people that I am already cooked today a fresh chicken already cooked by morrisons in wellington I am absolutely disgusted with the product in asking since it is a shame that she or any other business can even sell them in the condition that it was in. it was ineffective, when manky a crushed dried it looked like it had been standing on the shelf for weeks. in all fairness ness I wouldn’t even give a k9 not even fit to ur dog please be careful to keep them from buying especially from this business.
Once inside and proceeded to finish my shop and join a queue which stretched halfway around the perimeter of the building resulting in about 25 minutes wait. Got to the top of the queue and instructed to go to a certain till where I was...met with a scowl from the attendant who asked me if I had joined the queue, I said yes of course and waited for 25 minutes where she replied that she did not know why I was sent to her. I replied back that I don't know why I was sent to her either. As I left I gave her an appreciative comment on her pleasant service lol.
I just wanted a mocha while I was on a break from work. waited to serve old, another customer told me that they simply don't have the personal, find out that they are making themselves. no apology for a long wait from the personal member, just an apology for. their wait. coffee tasted vile, I couldn't really drink it. despite the quiet caffes, the place was dirty, with dirty tables and tellers of eating that people had left over the whole place.

Visited for lunch Saturday lunchtime, want a sandwich and cup of tea. There were only two sandwiches available, one simply ham, and a cheese and tomato. Took the ham sandwich. The sandwich was so dry that it was not edible. Took it back and got...a refund. Was told that their supplier had not delivered that day. Very poor experience today, has put us off Morrison's, doubt if we will go back
