I am absolutely disgusted with the service in the Kidderminster cafe this morning (Sunday 12th November). Firstly, the cafe was not very clean, the coffee machine was broken and the wait time was more than expected. There was a queue of three couples in front of us and a man had to shout can we be served before someone came to the desk to serve us. But what disgusted me was the staff attitude. Every single member of staff had a face like thunder and wanted to do ANYTHING BUT help the customers. An elderly couple struggled to find the tea and a lady huffed at them when she had to help them. The restaurant experience was disappointing. The quality of the food did not justify the high prices. Despite a supposed 75% NHS discount, we were not able to fully benefit from it. We were told to make separate transactions even though we both had NHS identification. The offer did not include afternoon tea as we had planned. We ordered scampi and chips, a chicken burger in a brioche bun with chips and extra bacon, along with two drinks. The total should have been £18, but we only paid £8.11, which is not a true 75% discount. The portions were small, with the bacon being particularly thin. Had sausage on roll x 2.was burnt asked for replacement. Brought replacement with an attitude. was also burnt but not as bad.told go and get money back.anyway we kept the second lot.did not taste nice st all.person taking money was coughing her head off.she should not be near food also should have mask on.lot of tables with trays left on them.tables were not clean.will not be back.
We've eaten here before but it has really gone downhill in quality and service. Longish wait to place order, then had to wait over ten minutes for clean forks to arrive and when they did, they were soaking wet! Obviously, just taken out of the dishwasher. Food was mediocre, delivered to table 25 minutes after order placed. Won't be eating there again in a hurry.

Used this regularly but not been for a few months totally gone downhill , grubby floor and tables litter everywhere dirty plates loaded on tables 1 hour 20 minutes wait for a breakfast , bacon raw mushrooms uncooked food was slapped together , no cups for tea waited 20 minutes for them to be restocked all condiments empty and staff unapologetic never again
Had a shocking experience today for breakfast. Ordered at 11.03 and requested refund at 12.15. Shocking and won't be returning. All well and good advertising fathers day breakfasts at half price but with no staff to prepare and deliver or even have cups available for drinks ! Morrisons you need to seriously review your performance !!
I visited a cafe on Saturday, 29th October at 4 o'clock. My granddaughter has food intolerance problems, but the staff on duty were very accommodating. They explained the menu and helped her choose suitable options. All four of our meals were excellent. Hats off to the staff at this cafe! - Dave from Warrington.
Not much gluten free choices coffee machines need attention to make coffee hotter tables not being cleaned regularly food and litter left on floor under and around tables sausages I had looked like yesterday's left overs no sign saying where to order gluten free meals only sign is by the till

We had a cream tea which was delicious. And the pot of tea was lovely too. You get half a round of either ham or egg sandwich and a scone, jam and cream and pot of tea for only £2.99.... **** bargain and it was all lovely quality....well done morrisons. You made my old friend very happy!!!!!
I recently visited Morrison's cafe and had a delicious bacon sandwich and afternoon tea. The staff was friendly and pleasant, and the tables were clean and well-maintained.
