Morton's The Steakhouse Great Neck

I have been to Morton’s in NYC, queens and Atlantic City. I enjoy how consistent they are. The crab cakes are delicious. Flavorful with a great compliment of the sauce. The Oscar style Cajun ribeye is my absolute favorite steak. The mild spice from the Cajun flavoring pairs excellently with the cool and refreshing crab element of the Oscar style topping is magical. The ambiance is a bit dark as is traditional for a steakhouse. The service is great, they checked in my table about every 10 minutes. The drinks were very good, not too strong and not weak. Was a frequent customer until I found metal in my steak as I was chewing. It was sharp and I pulled it out of my mouth looked like a staple or something and the manager tried to deny it was possible for that to happen in their kitchen when indeed it did .. they comp’d my steak which is obvious but I still am a bit traumatized and feel ripped off because we still paid nearly 300$ for the other two steaks we ordered and sides which they could have given a break on considering the awful experience Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

First time coming to Morton’s, and it did not disappoint. Some of the best food and service I’ve ever had anywhere. The lobster Mac and cheese is out of this world. The filet mignon just melts in your mouth as it slides off the knife. We went here celebrating a birthday, and truly left having felt like they made it special. Absolutely beautiful and the food was outstanding. Upon arrival, we was met with respect and care. Our waiter was more than accommodating. I recommend the cajun ribeye steak and the parmesan truffle matchstick fries are delicious. Thank you Morton's, I will be returning again!

Went for tomahawk special and called and wrote but they were sold out . Comped round of drinks. Men's roomfilthy. Service was very slow.
