Morton's The Steakhouse Naperville

If you're looking for high-quality steaks in a classic steakhouse atmosphere, this is a great choice. I recently visited Morton's and was impressed by the excellent service, which made my daughter's 16th birthday truly unforgettable. The steaks were outstanding, and the lobster bisque and dessert were equally delicious. While the sides were good, they didn't quite stand out like the steaks did. I highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful dinner and a memorable experience.

This place was fantastic, especially for an anniversary. They have menus printed with your names on them for your anniversary, they take your picture and give it to you for free during dinner in a Morton's paper frame. They also provide you with a free dessert. The food was delicious. The wait and hostess staff were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable and very attentive. Best customer service I've seen in a restaurant. Wonderful experience.

We had a reservation, and I never knew a high end restaurant that didn't have at least a 15 minute grace period, although we arrived before that time. The greeter was not that accommodating and we didn't feel welcomed at all. We visited various Morton's and I would say this was the worse. Our server was good, and the food was good as well. They need more diversity training to make sure all guest are welcome.

The server was great knowledgeable tried her best. The 12 oz filet had a burnt charred flavor. Sent it back and the replacement was charred. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were made from a box. The scallops were good the lobster was good. The bread was good. Lava cake was good so overall the food was good. The bill had an extra charge on it and needed to be Reserva una mesa ahora

I really appreciated the special treatment I received for my birthday. I understand that there's often confusion with my name (it's Ronda without the "h"), but I absolutely loved the personalized menu. The food and service were fantastic. Thank you for making my day so special!

Morton's made my birthday celebration extra special. Started with everyone greeting me with a Happy birthday Nancy. Special printed menu and the complimentary dessert. Personal touches that excels any other restaurant in town. Waitress was impeccable as the food. Thank you.
