Our server was Duncan, and he and ALL the staff were friendly, professional, and made it a great experience. The prices are not for the faint of heart, but you get what you pay for both in quantity and quality. We make reservations, and we've never waited more than 30 SECONDS, unlike other places we've visited. Ambiance is great, and noise level is low to moderate (it got more moderate level at peak New Year's dinner hour, understandably. But it was never so loud I couldn't hear my husband across the table. We make Morton's in Richmond our New Year's tradition every year, and for good reasons!
Frequent Mortons guests. First time in Richmond. Something wrong with everything from beginning to end. Sent back mixed drink, steaks had odd seasoning, error in requested prep, one steak sent back 2x other 1x. Potatoes lacked salt. Chocolate mousse much smaller than usual. Waiter very gruff. Apologized later saying he was upset about something that had happened. Apologies from staff but usually there would have been a compensation offered—free dessert or after dinner drink, for example. Just a disappointing dinner. We always say Mortons is at its very best on New Years Eve. Not in Richmond.

KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT SURROUNDINGS WITH THE GREAT TASTING AWESOME FOOD. WORTH EVERY PENNY..
Sean was an amazing waiter. He was attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions. The special for mid-March was a fantastic deal for the delicious food. Thank you for a great experience!

Great service. The atmosphere was excellent for a business meeting. Even though it was busy with several large groups it never got loud.
