Morton's The Steakhouse Rosemont

Seemed like they hired servers and chefs the day before. Server had to refer to a cheat sheet when we asked what was in the salad. Wine came out warm and had to be chilled—twice. Sommelier (if that is what he was) didn’t know anything. Several food items did not come out as ordered. And worst of all, the snake river farms wagyu filet was worse than regular grocery store tenderloin. Maybe just temporary restarting after COVID but definitely not up to usual high standards for Morton’s

The food was indeed outstanding! The Prime Bone-In Ribeye was excellent as expected! Mojitos were delicious. I really appreciated that my food was not overly salted. Often times, restaurants add too much salt in an effort to bring out the flavor, but Morton's, let the food speak for itself

We were celebrating a birthday and the experience was wonderful. Food, wine and drink were delicious and service was outstanding
