Morton's The Steakhouse Rosemont

I made reservations for this restaurant about a week and a half ago prior to my boyfriend’s birthday. My only special request was that I get a surprise dessert for his birthday. Upon walking into the establishment, the host ruined the birthday surprise by saying happy birthday…But that was fine. We went, sat down and ordered our food. The food was great, however, our waiter (TAYLOR) was not very attentive to my reservation. After we ate, we sat and waited for about minutes before the waiter decided to Ask if we wanted a dessert menu, when I requested a surprise. I was already upset at that point, because sitting there, I saw very nice desserts beautifully garnished coming out for other birth...

Morton\'s is a great steakhouse for those times when you say the heck with it, I\'m gonna treat myself It\'s a little pricey, but honestly what isn\'t these days Staff was super friendly and efficient. Menu had ample choices, though none were really inexpensive. Steaks and sides were outstanding. Grilled oyster appetizer was tasty and fun. Wines were the typical markup over retail but that is a well known fact of life to fine diners. Filet was excellent. Manhattan cut wasn\'t as impressive as I had hoped. Me and Hubby tried Morton’s in Rosemont, IL again yesterday evening and it’s confirmed……Morton’s is not as good and on point as they use to be. This time there were an adequate amount of servers available but our server (Felipe) was very lackluster and not attentive at all. Our appetizers were the Wedge salad and Caesar Salad. The entrees were the Bone-In Ribeye with Lobster Mac and Cheese and the Shrimp Scampi Capellini. This time the steak was burnt, the Lobster Mac and Cheese was cold and bland. My husband and I came here to celebrate his birthday and everything was perfect! The staff was amazing and the food was impeccable!! We have been to Morton’s steakhouse multiple times but this was the first time we came to the Rosemont location. We will be only coming to this location from here on out! Our server was either Taylor/Tyler and he was amazing!! Could not have had a better meal! Food drinks were stars and the staff went above and beyond!

Morton\'s Rosemont has been our go~to restaurant for special occasions for more than years. Patrick is a phenomenal manager and the crew who works with him can\'t be topped.

Everyone in our party enjoyed their meal. Our server, Hank, was very knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations. He was delightful. Great cocktail menu!
