I parked at the kurhaus and walked in MoschMosch instead of Vapianos. I was welcomed immediately and they comfortably spoke English. They were kind enough to give me an English menu too. I ordered green tea, harumaki spring roll, and seelenruhe beef ramen. The harumaki tasted like a Vietnamese spring roll, which wasn 't too bad. The seelenruhe was disappointing. Die Kindermenüs überzeugen im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Wirklich kleine Portionen und Kinder im Alter von 8 Jahren haben noch nachbestellt. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr überzeugend. Geschmacklich und von den Zutaten haben die Ramen auch nicht mehr viel mit den japanischen Originalen gemein. Ich war schon in Japan und glaube es bewerten zu können.
This review only reflects the food and not the service or the atmosphere of the restaurant. The food here is decent but it is not ramen or at least to the standards of the ramen I've had. It's a very tasty noodle soup. But I wouldn't say it is ramen. I would change the title to noodle soup, rather than ramen, so it does not mislead people and get them excited about having ramen.
Wir waren mit zwei Personen vor Ort. Auswahl ist gut, geschmacklich fallen die Speisen ‚ab‘. Wie in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, sucht man die ‚Japanische Küche‘ vergebens. Meine Rahmensuppe war maximal Durchschnitt und das kenne ich anders. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist durchschnittlich, Personal ist freundlich, Wartezeiten waren akzeptabel. Kartenzahlung möglich.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 9 Personen unserer Familie hier zum Abendessen. Meine Frau und ich hatten beide zwei unterschiedliche Ramen, und beide waren sehr lecker. Die Zutaten waren alle frisch und knackig. Preislich ebenfalls absolut fair. Wir würden wieder hierher kommen, wenn wir nochmals in Wiesbaden sind.
Good ramen house with other Japanese favorites. The ramen is close to what I had outside Tokyo, Japan. It's all wonderful comfort food and is a great healthy food for grownups and kids alike. This is one of our go-to restaurants.
