Detesto escribir críticas negativas, pero tuve una experiencia tan negativa aquí que siento que debo advertir a los demás antes de que gasten su dinero duramente ganado aquí. El servicio no solo es lento y caótico, sino que es grosero según cualquier estándar. El personal mostró tal indiferencia y desprecio hacia los clientes que solo puedo suponer que deben odiar su ambiente de trabajo. Tuvimos que pedir múltiples veces las bebidas cada vez que queríamos más, tuvimos que recoger los cubiertos nosotros mismos y esperamos mucho tiempo por la comida, mucho más de lo habitual en España. La comida, cuando finalmente llegó, estaba fría y seca. Básicamente, gasten su dinero en otro lugar, en algún lugar que realmente lo merezca.
After a pretty nice welcome it was all downhill. Young staff with no idea about service. Had to keep reminding them we’d ordered more drinks. Food took ages to arrive fries where cold. Ribs were all fat with very little meat. When we asked to replace ribs with a burger (party of 5 4 had burgers which were ok 1 had ribs) waited over half an hour after the rest of us had finished our burgers and decided to call it a night and just pay. They tried to still charge us for the burger which hadn’t arrived. Owner finally agreed the undelivered burger could be deducted from the bill after the staff were arguing with us! Go the the restaurant Abra Sama next door great service food.
This one one of the worst places I have ever eaten in Cartagena. Service awful. Attitude indifferent do not order the ribs. My plate was 90 percent pure fat ribs. Surprised they would even serve them. Owner said they were fine ! After complaining and having an argument the uneaten ribs and chips were removed from the bill. A friend who ordered burgers complained the meat was dry and the chips cold. Chilled wine arrived warm as they couldn’t be bothered to chill it ! Well worth avoiding !
