I placed an order through GrubHub and waited the entire time they specified before picking it up. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the restaurant had never received my order from GrubHub. This turned into my issue to resolve, and I was disappointed with the customer service I received. The staff spoke to me in a condescending way, making me feel as though I was at fault, which was extremely frustrating. After contacting GrubHub support, I learned that the mistake was actually on the restaurant's part, which caught me off guard. The portions here are absolutely massive, and my dine-in experience was fantastic. The cashier was incredibly personable and recommended the honey mustard for my fried chicken sandwich, which paired perfectly! I ended up asking for a second serving of the sauce because I’m definitely a sauce lover, but the original portion was just right for anyone who prefers a moderate amount. They give you a number so you can take a seat, and they bring your food right to you when it's ready. We also ordered clam chowder and fried mushrooms, both of which were fresh and served hot! This was my first experience ordering from this restaurant. My daughter enjoyed her catfish, but the chicken we had was cold and appeared to be old. The hushpuppies were hard as rocks and quite dry inside. The macaroni and cheese was overly watery, and the collard greens were the most disappointing—burnt bacon, lacking seasoning, and unexpectedly sour. I’m rating it 2 stars, primarily because of the catfish.

I've heard a lot of great things about this restaurant, and I finally had the chance to visit! I ordered the chicken po'boy with fresh-cut fries, and it was excellent! Their ranch dressing is absolutely amazing! The service was fantastic, and the food was even better. I can't wait to return! Be sure to give them a try!

Amazing service, fantastic prices, and delicious food! The staff really goes the extra mile. I'm a big fan of their beer-battered chicken tenders with honey mustard. I often order a kids' meal, and it's surprisingly substantial!

This is an excellent spot for chicken! I absolutely love the hushpuppies and can never get enough of them. The broasted chicken is outstanding—I’ll definitely be returning for more!
