Moti Mahal, Wolfratshausen – disappointing Unfortunately, my visit to the Indian restaurant Moti Mahal was a bitter disappointment. The only bright spot of the evening was the Augustiner beer served and the friendly service, who really made an effort that's what we get one star for. But in my opinion the food had nothing to do with authentic Indian cuisine. As soon as I entered the restaurant I was skeptical: there was no inviting smell of spices that is typical of Indian restaurants. What a surprise to be able to come across an Indian restaurant. The facility is OK, but it's more of an Indian place where people pick up their food. The service was friendly, unobtrusive but good. The food was really a highlight. I had the Non Vegetable Thali, three different dishes with salad, rice and naan. The food was delicious, the rice was light and the naan was absolutely excellent. Really highly recommended. Add to that the low price, I would be willing to pay a few euros more for it. When I'm back in the area I know where I'll like to go again.

Nice ambience. Sitting in the mood has special flair. The service is excellent. Very attentive, friendly and not intrusive. The first appetizer, as a greeting from the kitchen is delicate, three different sauces with bread. The appetizers, a soup with ginger and coconut, and the panned paneer tasted very well. The two main dishes were also very, very good. Full score for the restaurant and the kitchen.

India Dishes are good sometimes when the owner cooks him self. The restaurant is more focused on Pizza delivery. Last 3 times the food served was not good quality. Unfortunately it was chaotic when picking up the food. Had to wait longer than agreed until the food was ready. Didn't even get a bag. We hope the food is good! Meal type: Dinner Service: 2

Very delicious, authentic and fantastic seasoned food. Gaumenschmaus und Augenweide. I definitely come back from the inconspicuous restaurant. Thanks for the friendly hospitality.
