A great discovery during our trip on a Sunday when we returned from a show. Bretons, and we'll even be finishedsterians, we love the good cakes and of course the pancakes. Here the black wheat paste (sarrasin) is delicious and the filling is very good and hearty. The wheat pancakes (sweet) are also very good, the little cup under the ice ball is an excellent idea. Finally, the name Le Moulin Blanc is not related to the well-known district in Brest, but simply the mill of the miller and the white of its flour.
