We organized our marriage on September 23, 2023 at the sambuc mill and we do not regret our choice. Everything was perfect the setting, service and quality of the meal. The kitchen is excellent and well presented. The team is wonderful, professional pleasant, friendly and discreet but present. The chef chef at the top thank you, we've had a lot of compliments on your kitchen that I'm retransmitting to you. At the head of this superb team, Pauline, professional and very available, understandable, a beautiful encounter for us. A huge MERCI to all of you who have contributed to this beautiful day. Excellent restaurant, real professionals!! We made my daughter’s birthday in this very warm restaurant! It is so rare to eat so well with delicious dishes where everything is made home of the aperitif through bread and desserts without counting the delicious dish with good fresh and regional products! The professional service that starts in 4 to make your evening the best and most successful! Very professional Pauline who understands your expectations very quickly!! Anyway a big thank you to all this great team that made an unforgettable evening for the 30 years of my darling doll .. Very soon to return A great bravo and again a great thank you!

I had the opportunity to have dinner at the Moulin de la Sambuc restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The restaurant is very welcoming and warm, the service is excellent and the food is delicious. The terrace is very pleasant, under the plane trees. We were able to enjoy a beautiful outdoor summer evening. The menu offers a variety of traditional French dishes, all prepared with fresh and quality ingredients. I recommend this restaurant.

Ideal location very in the shade. Very good dish. Lack of suggestions for children's menus. Only 1 menu is offered beef and fried. High price. House kitchen.
