If I could give this place zero stars, I truly would. I ordered an XL pizza and had access to the salad bar, but was informed by a delivery person that the salad bar was available for only one visit. I was simply trying to enjoy my salad when this happened. Clearly upset, I requested a refund for both the uneaten pizza and the salad. The delivery person refused to issue a full refund, then eventually said he would process one.

First of all, I noticed that my previous two-star review has been removed, which is disappointing. Now I feel compelled to give just one star. I ordered a pizza that arrived missing toppings and had significantly fewer ingredients than what was shown in the photo (please see my attached image). They've called me several times offering a discount, but that's not what I want. This place has been declining for the past year, and although I've never complained before, I feel it's necessary now. I ordered the Mt. Everest and it was quite tasty. However, the delivery took over 1.5 hours, and I'm just 9 minutes away from the restaurant. About 1 hour and 10 minutes after placing my order, I called to check on it, and they assured me it was on its way. Twenty minutes later, I could have driven to the restaurant and back to get it myself. Eventually, my order arrived. If you're planning to order from here, I recommend opting for pickup. If you're hoping for delivery within an hour, you might want to consider another restaurant.
I ordered a All Meat Pizza (Pikes Pick) Got a Pepperoni Pizza instead, I should of check it before I left the store. When I got home there was Grease all over it worst All Meat Pizza I have ever had in my life. Always check your order before you leave the store!

Terrible!!!! I ordered Uber eats. They cancelled my order and I called Mountain Mikes to see if I could still get my pizza for pick up but the guy referred me to Uber Eats! Ridiculous. I en eats kept my order and Mountain Mikes didn't even care!!
Ordered 2 large pizzas with the coupon for pick up. Pizza is a decent size for a large. It was pretty good. The place has been recently remodeled. So nice and I love the industrial look.
I ordered a large pizza topped with pepperoni, salami, pineapple, mushrooms, tomatoes, and red onions. It was perfectly cooked with a nice, crispy crust. The delivery was quick as well.
Ordered the zizzlin bacon classic and lemme just say, hands down my new favorite pizza!! Amazing amount of toppings and sooo much flavor! Worth the money for sure!

This is not the place to go for good customer service. Additionally, they do not accept coupons or vouchers, regardless of how much you spend on your order.
The restaurant is excellent and very clean. The customer service is outstanding too. I can’t understand why their rating is so low.
