Lot’s of pizza restaurant options out there but I choose to visit Benicia MM. Placed an order over the phone for pick up and was told it would be 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes after ordering. When I walked in, there was no one behind the counter, and one woman wiping down the tables. I stood at the counter waiting for assistance. There were a number of staff back in the baking area, but no one ventured out to the counter. I saw a couple boxes stacked on top of each other under the warming light. Ordered for delivery 1 medium pizza, 1 cinnamon dessert, cheese sticks jalapeño poppers. Everything but the pizza was undercooked and not edible. The mozzarella sticks were soft and soggy and cold when bitten into, also they were different than pictured on the website when ordering, as for the jalapeño poppers they were cold and soggy too. The cinnamon dessert was soft and doughy with an awful taste which made me spit out onto my plate instantly. If you order here, I would only recommend the pizza because seems like that's the only thing they get right here. Go to Round Table on South Hampton instead! The buffet is comical. They literally had zero pizzas (and no salad bar) because apparently nobody comes in for it. They made a single pizza for me when I got it and I was like um, I could 've just ordered a large pizza and probably for a lot less. They really need to stop offering the buffet so then customers like myself won 't go there expecting, oh I don 't know...a buffet? Either that or start serving it on the weekends when more people will show up for it. The pizza itself is nothing special: cheap ingredients, too much bread, and bland taste. Your typical pizza chain pizza I guess. The one bright spot to my visit was the pretty girl who took my order and made the pizza. She was nice.
I went to this location and Eva went above and beyond the call of duty. I had problems using my gift cards to pay for my pizza. She tirelessly tried and tried, but we could not get it to work. She comped me the pizza and some churros. THANK YOU EVA! To this day I cannot figure out why the gift cards that are loaded to my online account are not working as a form of payment. I have talked to the Level Up people which is the POS system they use there. They still have not responded to my email.

Today, I ordered a pepperoni pizza and asked for plates. The guy at the counter outright refused, saying I should have requested them when I placed my order. However, it's not possible to add special requests when ordering through pickup or DoorDash! To make matters worse, he almost handed me the wrong order because he mistakenly thought I was a phone customer, even after I showed him my DoorDash confirmation.
This is the 3rd time ordering from them and the last each time I order the snowy alps and when it gets here something always missing I send it back and when it returns undercooked sent back again going on 3rs foe a med pizza and they have the nerve to ask for a tip saf part about it is if you don't tip you wait a Hella long time Mountain Mike's in Benica straight out suck
Now I remember why we don't order from here . Hubby went to pick up the pizzas we ordered, we ordered :2 med 1 dessert pizza. They handed him 1 med and the dessert. He questioned where the 3rd was, oh, we didn't see that there was another... it's not like we called in, we did it online. Lack of paying attention seems to be a ongoing issue with this one.
I absolutely love this place! The pizza is delicious, and the service is wonderful. The atmosphere is perfect for a celebration! It's also kid-friendly, so I plan to bring my grandkids with me next time. Bring it on!
