Mountain Mike's Pizza

To start, I need to mention that I stopped dining here two years ago because the night staff repeatedly ruined my pizzas and breadsticks. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, they even accused me of sabotaging my own order. However, while I was on a quick trip to the liquor store next door, the amazing aromas coming from the restaurant tempted me to give them another shot. I’m glad I did! My sandwich was absolutely perfect—the bread was crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, and the fillings were just the right balance, spicy but not overwhelming, allowing all the flavors to shine through. Kudos to them! The customer service was also exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning...

Sooo i passed by there to order an extra large pizza and they told me 20 minutes, totally fine with that, however 20 minutes passed and nothing. I asked the cashier and they said 5 minutes, that it was still in the oven. 10 minutes passed and i asked again and they said 5 more minutes. I was becoming a little more impatient but i said fine, it's just fine. So i waited 5 more minutes and i asked another employee and then he went back and asked and came back and said 5 minutes its not ready...... i just asked for my money back and walked out. Never going there again. Its a shame cause i only live 5 minutes away.

Overall a great experience in here. To start off, the pizza was delicious and didn’t take too long to be ready. Something I absolutely loved about the place was the environment and the service. We were treated nicely by the employee to ensure we had a satisfying time. Would definitely go again and I recommend this place if you want to have a relaxing time eating pizza.

The pizza was great, but I ordered a small pizza and was charged for a medium. I brought this to their attention and they refused to refund me or adjust the payment. It was only $10 more and extra pizza is never a bad thing, but if you charge someone for something they didn’t order then you should take accountability and fix your mistake.

When we opted for the all-you-can-eat option, the food did not look appetizing, and when we tried the pizza, it was stale and tough to chew. It’s better to order dishes that are made fresh for you from the kitchen. We had a great experience with their pizza when we got it for takeaway.

The mozzarella sticks clearly came out of the microwave, and the pizza felt like a frozen variety. I don't think we'll be returning. If the mozzarella sticks are heated in the microwave and served with cold sauce, the prices should reflect that. Just saying.

I'd go 2.5 stars if I could, at $15 the lunch special was OK. Pizza was meh.. salad was OK. Came in at 1230 pizza had been sitting too long they weren't to busy getting more out. Could have been a better lunch experience.

Mountain Mike's is always good. But, this place never quite cooks the pizza as long as I'd like. They make up for it with great customer service though. They always seem swamped, but friendly.

I order Small Pizza with 4 items But There was no Sauce .I Took Bite Was Dry No sauce Had to Returned It. SO Disappointed
