I, when it was on 9-5-22 for the buffet after 12:00 and it was nothing on the buffet, they said 15 minutes, I didn't wait, I, when it was on the buffet today (9-6-22) and nothing on the buffet, they told me it would be out soon, so I waited with another person already, brought out 2 small pizzas and never more, I paid almost 18 dollars for 3 small pieces and a drink. You shouldn't offer a buffet if you can't support it. I was in several other places and enjoyed my lunch in Mountain Mike's, but this is a bad name.
I did an online order and it said it would be ready in 25 minutes. I came to pick up my pizza and was told it would be ready in 2 minutes. That 2 minutes was actually 25 more minutes! Not sure if they forgot my order or gave my pizza away. The person who said my pizza would be ready in 2 minutes disappeared from the front counter and never came back so I never got to ask what happened to my order. Pizza was good but it?s not worth the extra wait time.
Tried a personal pizza while I was at this mall for laundry. I waited over 20 minutes for it once I got it I was not impressed. It was literally a store bought frozen pizza with the topping I asked for some cheese thrown on top. Then to perfect the depressing experience it was still cold in the middle! I would suggest avoiding this establishment they don?t seem to care.
This place has the best all you can eat pizza buffet in the area. The hours for the buffet are Monday to Friday from 11 am to 2 pm and Wednesday from 5 to 8 pm. They bring a nice variety of pizzas they also have a salad bar. They have 5 tvs for different games when needed and they also have a small room for especial occasions. Employees are nice and helpful if needed.
