I want to say thank you for hiring Andres he went out his way to help me use my digital gift card. I had a bad experience at one of the Oakland locations well two because I received the gift card because the east Oakland location was not so good and sold me burnt food so I received this gift card tried to use it at the Harrison location and the staff didn't want to honor it and told me they don't have the scanner when I seen the scanner with my own eye's. So Andres called his manager to figure it out very patient young man. He could of lied to me just like the Harrison location near downtown Oakland. If I had extra money on me I would have tipped him. My next visit is will tip him. Thank you
Mountain Mike's makes very good pizza for a franchise operation. The trick is to know your crusts. I really like the thin crust. But you might like the regular crust... I also think that sometimes less is more with the toppings... They deliver!
The customer service at this restaurant is consistently outstanding! Deliveries are always quick, and the pizzas are prepared with great attention to detail. I've been ordering from here for years!
