For the dishes, the chef did not skimp on the salt and half of the meats were overcooked (while the waitress beforehand asked for the desired cooking). I don 't quite understand the comments left by some users . The chef has a well-defined identity in his various culinary proposals. Choosing to come and taste his cuisine is to take a trip into his world. If it 's to eat the same cuisine as in a chain restaurant or a brasserie with lambda dishes, you will indeed be disappointed. We came to this hotel after the beautiful Madeleinen Pass and were looking forward to a meal in the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately there was no table for us as hotel guests. We received feedback that the restaurant was fully booked. Even though there were still tables available, we were turned away. And that as a hotel guest! The only comment was that we should have reserved a table in advance. However, there was no mention of this when booking. The room was ok but everything else was very disappointing.

We went to the hotel’s restaurant after a day at the spa and it’s a great surprise. The whole staff is listening to the customer, very friendly, the kitchen is very good, the fantastic caipirinha.
