Mövenpick - Reservar una mesa

Our circumstances were different, to put it mildly, and the staff of the Mövenpick not only rose to the occasion, but went way above and beyond the call of duty. We have a special needs son who needed eye surgery that he could only get in Zürich. On the recommendation of the Eye Institute, we stayed at the Mövenpick. They helped us navigate the mandatory 10-day quarantine, with a special package that included restaurant, laundry, and cleaning amenities. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and because our schedule changed so many times because of a complicated recovery, the entire staff went out of their way to be accommodating and understanding of our circumstances. VERY EXPENSIVE, $40 for a hamburger. Service is slow. They mess up orders and don’t fix it. I don’t mind a high price, but I expect to receive good quality when I pay for it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Easy access via shuttle from the airport port. The hotel staff was very pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. The food and service at the restaurant were terrible. The lobster bisque was tasteless and watery, as was the salad dressing

It's a relatively sterile restaurant with all the food you could want, which is what they're known for, but the dishes are very expensive. The bar, which is very cozy, was unfortunately closed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Nice experience. We got to late to enjoy the restaurant. We just had a lay over for our flight back to Toronto. But overall it was a great. The staff was very helpful. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

The tartar was excellent and this talented asian boy was super nice just a pity the butter wrapper broke but overall highly recommended
